The big day finally came. We crowded into the multipurpose room in our old church building and watched everyone show their skills. Hannah was two years younger than the next youngest violinist and other than some stage jitters did a very fine job.
Wowzers Hannah, Gwen and I loved watching you play your violin. Gwen says you are so smart and you looked really pretty. We can't wait to see you and your family. love you lots, Gwenny and Aunt Mabel
What a beautiful recital! Hannah should be very proud of herself. I don't know if we're related, but it might amuse you to know that there is a "Potter Violin Company" out East. We serve lots of Suzuki families and their teachers and would love to have you visit if you are ever in the DC area. meanwhile, you can visit our website www.pottersviolins.com If you drop me an email with your address and I will send you out a free Potter's microfiber cloth for cleaning the rosin off of Hannahs violin (a nice souvenier!) Have fun and keep playng! L. Dalton Potter, President the Potter Violin Comapany

Wow Hannah, you played one of my favorite violin songs SO WELL! I call it taca taca stop stop, but you may have a different name for it!
I loved how you held your violin up so nicely on your shoulder!
I can't wait to see future blog posts of your rectials.

I called it "California Sunshine" when I learned it. Good job Hannah! Very nicely done.
Hannah, you are so poised! You make me so proud. I wish I could've been there in person.
